My hands and leg muscles are aching badly! lols.
Anyways, had training at Kallang Netball Centre yesterday.
ran 4 rounds outside.
i was nearly made to run 5 times cause i was almost late.
anyways had active warmups, passes and finally courtwork.
learned a new down-the-line, but before that had to learn a new drill which is quite similar to the down line thingy.
it really requires one's sprinting and speed lah.
super tiring.
skip skip.
after finishing the down line, shooters each had to shoot 10 times and if miss once, we will kenna punished.
since we had 4 shooters, so we we had to do 10 crutches per miss, 10 pumpings per miss, 10 agility jump per miss and 30s peddle paddle per miss.
super duper tiring lah.
anyways training ended, took bus to cityhall and train-ed back to home.
