Training was fine and quite light today but im damn tired now cause i slept at around 1am as i was chatting on the phone with xiping and derrick..
Ran 15 rounds with the juniors..
Did ball handling, stretching and passes..
Anyways coach splitted us into 2 groups..
When she coaches junior, we will have to do fitness
and when she coaches us, the juniors will have to do fitness as coach said that it is not easy to teach both juniors and seniors may not be able to learn that much..
We drew us a list today for our fitness which includes:
Staircase, Agility Ladder, Legwork, Highest Point, Skipping, Lil bit of pumping and sit-ups.
Training ended and me jamie xp meizi and peiling went to 357 to play bball for awhile and went home soon
