Today's training ended with 10 sets of:
-sprint, 5pumpings, sprint, 5crunches(?) wadever that word is, sprint, 5 endurance, sprint, 5 burpips(?).
10 sets of it leh!
Tiring to the max but at least better than running 20rounds though.
Self training tomorrow and frisbee trainining on saturday!
